Numat is pleased to announce the appointment of William J. Kroll to its Board of Directors. Mr. Kroll is the former CEO of Matheson TriGas and currently serves as Executive Chairman. Mr. Kroll is also a lead director at Taiyo Nippon Sanso, the 5th largest gas company in the world.
