Numat Announces Appointment of Chip Leen as Executive Vice President, Industrials and General Counsel

Chicago, Illinois, December 5, 2023 – Numat Technologies, Inc. (“Numat”), a global leader in metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), announces the appointment of Chip Leen as Executive Vice President, Industrials and General Counsel.

Chip brings to Numat over 20 years of leadership experience in building and transforming global organizations. Most recently, he served as Managing Director, Integration and Strategy and Managing Attorney for CMC Materials, Inc., a publicly-traded, multinational specialty materials company that was acquired by Entegris, Inc. Before that, Chip held various senior business and advisory roles at Aon plc and was an attorney with Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Prior to corporate life, Chip served as an officer in the United States Navy, including as the Lead Navigator of the USS Duluth (LPD-6). Chip received a B.A. from Marquette University and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
